DEVAKI HARDWARES is committed to delivering your orders promptly. This policy applies to both product deliveries and service visits.
1. Product Shipping (Hardware, Paints, etc.)
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays.
Delivery Areas: Currently, we primarily deliver to locations within Puducherry and surrounding areas. Please check your pincode at checkout.
Delivery Time:
Local Delivery (Puducherry): 1-3 business days.
Outstation Delivery: 5-7 business days (if applicable).
Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of the items and delivery location.
2. Service Delivery (Painting, Installation)
Scheduling: Upon booking a service, our team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the service slot.
Arrival: Our service professionals will arrive at your provided address within the scheduled time window.
Delays: If there is a delay due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you immediately via phone.
3. Order Tracking Once your product has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details (if shipped via courier) or the delivery executive’s contact (for local delivery).
