Refund and Returns Policy

At DEVAKI HARDWARES, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with our products and services. Please read our policy below regarding returns and refunds.
1. Products Return Policy
Eligibility: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging. You must initiate a return request within 3 days of delivery.
Damaged/Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately at 9786912637 or email devakihardwaress@gmail.com with photos of the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom-mixed paints or colors.
Cut wires, cables, or pipes cut to specific lengths.
Used or installed items.
2. Service Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation: If you have booked a service (e.g., painting, installation), you may cancel the booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time for a full refund.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may attract a cancellation fee of up to 10% of the booking value.
Service Quality: If you are unsatisfied with the service provided, please report the issue to us within 24 hours of service completion. We will inspect the work and, if the grievance is valid, we will rework the issue at no extra cost or offer a partial refund.
3. Refund & Replacement Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected (for products) or cancellation is approved (for services), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, UPI, Bank Transfer) within 5 to 7 business days.
If a replacement is approved, the replacement product will be shipped and delivered within 5 to 7 business days.
